Initiate Your Request
Log into your TAURI account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
